Lofi for sleep

Sleep audio has one job: be boring in a way that does not annoy you at 3am. No vocals to follow, no build-ups, no track that suddenly gets loud. What you want is a dark room, rain, and a level that never jumps.

What makes a track safe to sleep to

Three things: no vocal, no percussive transient that spikes, and no loudness jump between tracks. Our gate rejects anything with a true peak above -1 dBFS and anything outside the loudness window, and the playlist never mixes a quiet piano track into a bass-heavy boom-bap run without matching level.

Why a page beats a playlist app

A phone screen at 2am is the problem. This page is one image and nothing else — no recommendations, no autoplay carousel, no notification permission prompt. Set the brightness down, leave it open, and there is nothing on screen to pull you back in.

If you want the screen off entirely, the paid plans give you the audio as a file so you can play it with the display off.

Questions

Will it stop after a few hours?

No. The rotation loops. Nothing pauses on its own.

Is there a sleep timer?

Not on the page — a timer means a screen you have to look at. Use your device's own sleep timer if you need one.
